Please bring the following paperwork to your initial meeting
with Ron at Maine Mortgage Services. You will also be
required to attach copies of most of these documents to your
mortgage application for processing. In addition, you may be
asked to include other documentation, such as retirement account information,
401k documentation, divorce decree(s) and child support or alimony
information, etc.

Full Income / Full Asset
A Full Income / Full Asset loan requires asset, employment and income
documentation and verification. Two months' worth of bank statements
satisfies the asset verification requirement. For income verification you
need to provide one month's payroll check stubs, two years tax returns
and W-2 forms.

Stated Income / Verified Asset
Income is stated on the loan application but not verified. Verification
of employment for a minimum two-year period is collected. Two months of
bank statements satisfies the asset verification requirement.
